The foregoing is only a partial list of the legal matters for which Mr.
Sullivan can provide legal representation. He has tried cases
throughout the state, both civil and criminal, in the District
Court, the Circuit Court and in the Court of Special Appeals. He has tried
a broad spectrum of cases, from defending murder charges, to simple rent
cases. His litigation practice covers jury trials, bench trials, arbitration hearings, administrative hearings, as well as mediation hearings. On the non-litigation side, he has represented parties
in complex commercial transactions, covering all aspects of same, from
contract negotiation, to settlement, always keeping the client well informed,
and pursuing the client’s objective in a cost efficient manner.
